Hello, I like and agree with what you’re saying about not being able to depend on employers and jobs to make a living. That’s the boat I’m in too. Gone from full time to barely 20 hrs a week.
I agree with you too that I don’t want to spend money on overnight success schemes, I want to work everyday on my internet business, but I need help getting exposure.
I hired a programmer in my town to set my website up in wordpress, he did and then a $1000 later, just dropped me like a hot potato leaving me to figure out WordPress and how to change anything on my site.
It’s been four months and I am pretty sure that I need help getting exposure for my site as I have done nothing but write to bloggers offering my services for free. Yes, that’s gotten me some hits, but no income. I know this takes time and I’m willing to stick it out as there are other sites similar to mine making money, but I need help in figuring out how to get the exposure. I’m willing to work my ass off 24/7 if need be.

What I would like, with your advice, is to also have a blog and exposure in the wordpress community. WordPress is very difficult for me, boy do I need an education.

I was surprised as to how easy it was to set up a free .blogspot account. I expect to see the number of blogs to continue to rise, especially by use of businesses.
