Bush Didn’t and Obama Won’t, It’s Up To You

Is your job in jeopardy? or did you think you were going to retire this year but your 401K balance makes you want to cry?

Well let me share something with you. Social Security was an ill-conceived bandaid put in place by the last Democratic president who had to pull the country out of a death spiral caused by runaway Wall Street crooks. It was never meant to be a national pension system and it can not fulfill that need for the future. It’s broke, and by the time we finish paying for our current two-front war, bail out Wall Street and Detroit execs who the president feels we owe a living to, fix our 17th place health system and our 16th place education system, money is going to have to be saved somewhere. Any guesses where?

You can join insurance company marketing lobby groups like AARP, you can sit around the coffee shop and complain, or you can take action and empower yourself. You become inflation-proof, recession-proof and political party-proof. Why wait?

It isn’t education, it isn’t having money in the bank, it isn’t some factor of luck, and (at least in my case), it surely isn’t being born smart … it’s a simple skill, search, read, and take notes. If you want to move here to the Philippines, make your own plan and follow it. If you want a job here … or back there in the US … search, read, take notes and then take action. If you want to start your own business, on line or off, in any country, search, read, take notes, make a plan and take action. Free Tools:

Hope no one feels I have been to harsh here, I frequently get those kind of comments, but simple and direct is who I am. Remember a famous saying of Henry Ford: “If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”

I think you can. Do you?
