They Say You can’t Buy Time — But You Can Find It For Free
My good friend Brendon posted a nice tip on his blog a few days back. Took me a while to get ’round to reading it, though, mainly because I didn’t have one of these invaluable gizmos … you know, that thing you are always waiting for to get something done … waiting for a round to it.
Well don’t say I never gave you anything and don’t lose this toit … you can now get anything done, from now on.
Brendon’s recommendation was a totally free and no-obligation site called Toggl. This service provides a tracking tool that will let you keep track of your minute by minute bogging and Internet marketing efforts to as fine a level as you wish too … second by second if you want to go to extremes.
When I went to look at the referenced site, I found I was signed up already in Toggl sometime back … it seemed clunky to use then, it is much improved, thanks, Brendon, for getting me back on track.
I’m particularly drawn to Toggl because 90% of the folks I interact with, and certain I. myself, are _always_ failing to get going and take advantage of things because we have ‘no time’. Well, if you can’t get work done because you have a medical problem, you go to a doctor. If your car won’t run, you call a mechanic. If you can’t decipher your tax forms, you call in an accountant.
"Having no time" is a ‘fixable’ problem, just like a flat tire … why live with it, do something about it … in one morning’s use I have already found some big areas to focus on. Go, sign up, gain time … it’s an excellent and very illuminating tool.
