		<description>Agreed, Tom.  I think one of the problems many of us make is to get into the &#039;over commit&#039; mode ... and then when things start dragging we tend to want to gte mad at the idiot who got us in this mess ,,, and there he is in the mirror *smile*.

I do think it&#039;s important to resolve to get somehting that moves business forward done every day, but that may not be a regular blog post.

		<description>Posting online everyday is certainly a challenge if you want to maintain it for ever! Personally I think its best to only commit to something you know you can keep up, say 3 times a week. Then if after a decent trial period you feel you can up this to everyday then do so.</description>
