Do You Remember This Recommendation

05/02/2008 by: RP

Back on the 26th of January I recommended Christine OKelly’s blog, "Self Made Chick" as well as her apparently useful little how-to eBook  "How I Built a Profitable Freelance Business for Under $50".  The $50, by the way, included the nominal $12 cost of the book.  As I said then, I was recommending it based my my knowledge of Christine’s writing skills and not from any "joint venture" or "affiliate deals".

Let’s see … with a $12 eBook you certainly can’t make much money, can you?  Guess that depends on what your definition of "much money" is … well over $1,000 in  sales (remember, 100% profit) in 12 days is a little, a lot, or just right?  You be the judge.

If you had any limiting beliefs about the potential of ebooks – here’s an antidote! First of all, I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who purchased my ebook. I’ve gotten some incredible emails from people who have already put some of the techniques in motion and are already getting business! I’ve also met some great people whose services I will be using.

eBook Sales

I’m thrilled to say that this $12 ebook brought in $1,080.00 in 12 days!…

So in the 12 days since I recommended this book did any of you buy it?  Are you happy, disillusioned, thrilled or upset?

Have any of you done anything else in those 12 days yo make your business grow?  I haven’t done a lot but my niche sites are growing, I’ve posted plenty keyword-rich content, increased my RSS subscribers on two blogs by more than 300% and in general don’t feel too bad about what I have done.

Are you still waiting for the ‘right time’ or have you gone and done some things in the last 12 days?  I made a little money, but not $1,000 … did anyone beat Christine?

Just take matters into your own hands and do something … and do not tell me you can’t make money online.  The only way you can not make money online is if you sit back and watch.  Join the game
