i also want to make money online that is why i immediately joined the google adsense program and also read a lot about making money on websites and blogs. i am also trying to learn affiliate marketing.

@Lindsay: Absolutely, Lindsay, thnaks for dropping by and for commenting. One _can_ make money from blogging, but that is really only a sub-set of a much bigger world. One can make money using the ‘Net as a component of the business, and a blog is often a very important part. All the money is certainly not in AdSense or selling yet another make money scheme.

I’m too rushed to lok back right now, but I seem to recall reporting just a couple weeks ago on a lady who made millions and millions with brownies. Yes, those choolate baked goods thingies, not some strange networking term. The Web and even blogging is a component of her business, but she’s not a blogger, she’s a brownie baker and a business entrepreneur.

I think starting a blog is a key part to building lasting income online, but this is a great series, and it definitely shows that there are ways to make money online that go beyond the build-a-website approach.
