Maki University — You Can Afford The Tuition

Second mention here … Maki, over at the DoshDosh Blog posted a very interesting best ways to make money online survey a few days ago … I wrote about it here.  Since then a whole raft of responses have come in … and the quality of the content is surprisingly good.  If you haven’t been to visit I suggest you do, and if you visited more than a day or so ago I suggest you go back and look at some of the more recent responses.

This is what I love most about blogging and the whole make money online, even if you have no money “Internet niche”.  In almost any other business endeavor I can think of you really have to “go to school” and often pay some pretty steep tuition in one form or another.  But this corner of the ‘net world, although in some ways the poorest choice for starting a new venture … see Darren’s excellent “Money Blog” advice here … is one of the most open and sharing communities I have ever encountered.

Some people have spent a small fortune in money to get this “schooling”, others have expended countless hours of experimentation, but the common thread is they are all ready to lay out the good and the bad for what is often their competitors to learn from.  take advantage, it’s one of the great values I’ve found in life.

If drug companies would be half as dedicated to sharing we would have cured cancer by now and be well on our way to curing ignorance. (oops, maybe that last goal is a bit too much *smile*)
