14/01/2009 by: Skysuccess

I recently discovered Squidoo and I have got to say I love it. Squidoo is the world’s most popular site for creating an easy to build single page about things you are passionate about. Your page can be about books, blogs, online shops, your business or whatever.

This page is called a lens. You write an article. You can also add photos and links. Google maps, blogs, eBay auctions, YouTube videos, and more. Just use your imagination and be creative!

Squidoo is in the top 500 most visited sites in the world, and in the top 250 most viewed in the United States so you know your lens has a great chance of being seen. Lenses are interactive. This means you can visit lenses other people have created and invite them to visit your lens.

Squidoo has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to charity. It is a great free way to earn money for your charity. Word of mouth at your fingertips. Squidoo is something you should have if you care about getting the word out about your business or charity.

Squidoo currently has more than 700,000 Lenses. It has been reviewed by the New York Times, Mashable, BoingBoing and has been profiled in The New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, and The Washington Post.

You know what the best part is? Squidoo is easy and free. A lens is much like a blog except it is on only one subject. It can contain links to other external sites. I created a lens on GDI. Click here to visit my Lens

Lensmasters are people who want to present information on a topic they care about. Squidoo is a great way to get targeted free traffic. I created a Unique Article Wizard lens. Click here to visit my Squidoo Lens

Because of their association with thousands of other pages, lenses can achieve popularity. Word of mouth at your fingertips. Squidoo is something you should have if you care about getting the word out about your business or charity.
